All orders received before 02:00pm PDT Monday - Saturday are processed within 2 business days of payment verification and are shipped at a USPS Media Mail Parcel. Final delivery of most standard orders will be completed by USPS mail carriers. In some cases end delivery will be completed by UPS.

Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

Overnight and 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping (US locations)

All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday-Friday with the Express or Expedited Shipping option selected are processed the same business day as the payment method is verified, and will be delivered via UPS.

Pricing and delivery times for Express and Expedited Shipping is as follows:

• Overnight (Next Business Day typically delivered by 3:00 pm): $25 flat rate.
• 2-3 Day Expedited (2-3 Business Days): $15 flat rate

Expedited service is not available for PO Boxes, U.S. territories, or military addresses.
Skip Hop product is not eligible for express or expedited services.
